The registration forms are available in the office on all working days.
Admission/Registration form should be filled in and signed by the parents only.If neither of parents is alive nor presents,only the lawful guardian of the child is allowed to sign the form
Special attention must be paid while enterning the name and date of the child in the Registration form as subsequent change will not be permitted.
Admission shall be strictly given on merit after screening/interview/test.However the management reserves to itself the right of admission.
A child who has previously studied in any other school(other state)should submit the Countersigned Transfer Certificate and marks card.
